Just like a football team, a food company needs coaches to strive for high quality. That's why we established the Board of Chefs in 2025: our team of culinary coaches. They provide knowledge, training, inspiration, and visibility.
From recipe development and on-site team training to sourcing the finest products and supporting events, together they elevate our concept and our chefs to the next level.

One person works from 9 to 5 in the office, another only in the morning or later and then goes straight to the gym.
