THE CONCEPT

FROM SCRATCH

Since 2012, We Canteen has been collaborating with local food entrepreneurs. From Japanese-Peruvian food trucks to Indonesian warungs and an Indian restaurant, they brought global flavors, while we brought corporate hospitality.

 

This interaction anchored international cuisine in our concept.

 

Now our chefs are adding their own creative twist, while the entrepreneurs remain involved in events and banqueting.

FRESH & OPEN

A fresh experience is crucial for restaurant quality. That's why we always cook on-site, preferably in an open kitchen. This way, our chefs are in direct contact with their guests and can tailor the menu to their preferences.

EXPERIENCE

We create an experience just like in a restaurant: from relaxing music and the smells of fresh bread to a hospitable welcome.

 

Stimulating the senses allows employees to take a break from work and increases their well-being and job satisfaction .

ALL DAY LUNCH

Generation Z no longer eats at 12 o'clock as standard.

 

With the diverse needs of Generations X, Y, and Z, our answer is simple: all day. An attractive offering throughout the day makes organizations future-proof.

Fresh all day: breakfast and all-day meals from the coffee bar (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and lunch from the food court (12:00 PM–2:00 PM). This eliminates fixed mealtimes and aligns with current working methods.

 

1+1=3: serve everyone, and they will come back.

In other words: White label. A We Canteen restaurant, but with a unique twist. Its own name, its own twist, and its own design and menu.

THIS IS WE CANTEEN

This means choosing We Canteen:

01

Company restaurant concept, also called food court – built up in several serving islands.

Only fresh, on-site preparation. In other words: no dark kitchens or semi-finished products.

03

Minimum 20m2 preparation kitchen and 50m2 serving area.

04

The seating area must provide space for at least 100 seats.

05

Worldly cuisine with daily varying cold and hot dishes.

06

Our food courts are essentially called We Canteen. We're happy to develop a customized white-label concept.
