Whether the restaurant is still under construction, doesn't even have a name yet, or is ready for a refresh, We Canteen can step in at any stage. With an in-house concept & design team, the concept, corporate identity, and restaurant design are created and implemented. From the first sketch to operations.
OUR SPECIALITY
These are the so-called "White Label" restaurants. At their core, a true We Canteen. In other words: with fresh preparation, variety, and a unique experience. But around that, a design that perfectly matches the location or client. A name that resonates, sticks, and is true. And all that with a matching, mouth-watering image.
FORM & FUNCTION
Creating a beautiful restaurant isn't that difficult. Ensuring the logistics are correct, the air conditioning is balanced, or, for example, preventing queues at the clearing conveyor... that's what makes or breaks a good design. Utilizing this expertise early on saves significant time and money down the line.
Construction or renovation brings together multiple specializations: architect, design & build, installer, kitchen supplier, and contractor. Each with its own project manager. But we believe in a single project manager, and therefore a single point of contact for the client. And that's We Canteen. This way, we maintain an overview and are assured that the result matches the final design, without surprises.
IN-HOUSE
D&B The Facility Group is a multi-service provider. This means we have multiple in-house specialists involved from the very beginning. For example, our cleaning specialist advises on floor finishes and materials, as these choices directly impact operating costs, both short-term and long-term.
We also have in-house expertise for BREEAM and WELL certification, including advice on requirements for dishwashing and preparation kitchens.

Design&Build
Each Design&Build partner We Canteen works with has its own signature style. Selection is therefore based on the fit with the project.

Beuk Horeca is our preferred partner for kitchen appliances. They offer early advice on layout, equipment, and maintenance.

Typically, there is collaboration with the building-related installer and the connection is literally made to the equipment.
